My experience was great. I had a complex issue that needed to be addressed. Dr. Hirschfield did an unusually comprehensive analysis of my problem. He then presented multiple options for treatment. The pros and cons of each were addressed. There was absolutely no upselling. I believe he put my welfare above his profits. He established a lot of confidence in me, that we would make an optimum decision for my care. The results were excellent. Everyone in the office were very pleasant to deal with. This is nice, but IMHO should not be a determining factor for the selection of a dentist. Dr. Hirschfield's approach, patience, and competence are most important.

The staff at Lakeview go above and beyond. They take the time to get to know you, and even remember the little things. They are truly wonderful and they have been so helpful. My husband forgot to mention he had an extraction scheduled four days from his regular cleaning. I had other doctor visits for that day and they managed to find us an opening right after his cleaning so we wouldn't have to worry about coming back Monday. I know we got lucky, but the fact that they took the time to look and see if they could fit us in proves they go above and beyond. Huge shout to Patti and Stephanie for all their help!
